February 2026 Hero Tier List

Our updated tier list breaks down the strongest heroes this patch. See winrates and pick rates from thousands of matches.

The meta has shifted significantly since the January balance patch, and with Ranked Season 1 now live, hero pick rates are stabilizing around a clear set of winners and losers. Here's our February 2026 tier list based on data from over 50,000 ranked matches tracked on dodge.gg.

Methodology

Our tier list uses a composite score that weighs winrate (50%), pick rate (30%), and ban rate (20%) across all rank brackets. Heroes need at least 500 matches in the dataset to qualify. We also factor in performance at high ranks (Phantom+) separately to identify heroes that scale with player skill.

S-Tier — The Meta Defining Picks

These heroes dominate the current patch with both high winrates and pick rates.

Wraith continues to be the best carry in the game. Her late-game scaling is unmatched, and the recent buff to her spirit damage passive pushed her winrate to 54.2%. She's banned in roughly 40% of ranked matches.

McGinnis saw a surge in popularity after players discovered optimized turret placement strategies. Her zone control makes her exceptional on objective-heavy maps, sitting at a 53.1% winrate.

Dynamo rounds out S-tier as the most reliable support. His heal remains one of the best sustain tools in the game, and his ultimate can single-handedly win team fights.

A-Tier — Strong and Reliable

Bebop, Infernus, Lady Geist, and Haze all sit comfortably in A-tier. These heroes reward skilled play and have favorable matchups against most of the cast. Bebop in particular has seen a rise in pick rate as players improve at landing his hook.

B-Tier — Solid but Situational

The largest tier includes heroes like Abrams, Kelvin, Viscous, and Seven. These are all viable picks but tend to shine in specific team compositions or matchups rather than being universally strong.

C-Tier — Needs Help

Mo & Krill, Ivy, and Pocket are underperforming this patch. Mo & Krill's engage pattern is too predictable at higher ranks, Ivy's healing got nerfed too hard, and Pocket struggles to find a role that another hero doesn't do better.

What to Expect Next

Valve has hinted at a mid-season balance patch coming in early March. Based on community feedback and our data, we expect nerfs to Wraith and McGinnis, with buffs likely targeting the C-tier heroes. We'll update our tier list as soon as the patch drops.
