By accessing or using dodge.gg ("the Service"), operated by Dodge.gg Stats ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Dodge.gg is a game statistics tracking platform for League of Legends, Valorant, and Deadlock. We provide player profiles, match history, champion and agent analytics, leaderboards, and related content. Our Service relies on publicly available game data, the Riot Games API, and Steam APIs.

You may use dodge.gg without an account. Optionally, you may log in via Steam OpenID to access additional features. By logging in, you authorize us to access your public Steam profile information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Service, including ad-blocking measures for non-premium users

We offer optional premium subscriptions with additional features including an ad-free experience. Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed after the service has been rendered
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers

The dodge.gg website, including its design, code, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Dodge.gg Stats. All rights reserved. League of Legends, Valorant, and related trademarks are the property of Riot Games, Inc. Deadlock, Steam, and related trademarks are the property of Valve Corporation. Champion images, agent images, hero images, item icons, and other game assets are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Game statistics will be 100% accurate or up-to-date at all times
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

Game data accuracy depends on third-party APIs and may occasionally be delayed or incomplete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dodge.gg Stats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (Steam, Stripe, etc.) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
