Champion tiers are assigned based on fixed win rate and pick rate thresholds. S+ tier requires a 55%+ win rate and 20%+ pick rate. S tier requires a 53%+ win rate and 15%+ pick rate. A tier is 51%+ win rate, B tier is 49%+ win rate, C tier is 47%+ win rate, and D tier covers champions below 47% win rate.
